Pigeon Needs Fur-Ever Home
Pigeon is our For Pets’ Sake pet. This beautiful dilute tortoiseshell lady was a stray who was brought to the Safe Haven in mid-August. Pigeon is about 3 1/2 years old. She is friendly, outgoing, and loves attention…and how can anyone resist those eyes? But…Pigeon does not like other cats; she must be the only cat in the household or there will be issues. If you’re looking for the companionship of just one special cat, then look no farther than Pigeon. If you would like to meet Pigeon, please submit an application through the Safe Haven’s website. After it has been reviewed, you will be contacted via email to set up a meet and greet appointment.
89.5 JR Country’s “For Pets Sake” is all about matching lost and abandoned pets with new loving “furever” homes. Four times a month on Tuesday we feature cats and dogs in need of a home.
The cats featured on “For Pets Sake” come from the Chilliwack Animal Safe Haven at 49843 Chilliwack Central Road, Chilliwack. While the dogs featured come from the FVRDCare Centre on Wolf road.
