Meet Widget – For Pets Sake! Widget is a neutered male Shepherd blend, who is 2-3 years old. He was found as a stray and was excited to join the team here at CARE! Actually, Widget is excited about most things! He greets people with joy and also seems to like most other dogs! Widget has a lot of get up and go, so he’d enjoy an active home. 89.5 JR Country’s “For Pets Sake” is all about matching lost and abandoned pets with new loving “furever” homes. Four times a month on Tuesday we feature cats and dogs in need of a home.

The cats featured on “For Pets Sake” come from the Chilliwack Animal Safe Haven at 49843 Chilliwack Central Road, Chilliwack. While the dogs featured come from the FVRDCare Centre on Wolf road.
