For Pets Sake – Meet Cashew! This little guy is a neutered male, who’s only about 50lbs! Cashew is a neutered male and he’s the perfect adventure pal. At around a year old, he’s longing to be your hiking, running, camping, paddleboarding, everything friend! Cashew loves other dogs, and may be compatible with dog-savvy kids. 89.5 JR Country’s “For Pets Sake” is all about matching lost and abandoned pets with new loving “furever” homes. Four times a month on Tuesday we feature cats and dogs in need of a home.

The cats featured on “For Pets Sake” come from the Chilliwack Animal Safe Haven at 49843 Chilliwack Central Road, Chilliwack. While the dogs featured come from the FVRDCare Centre on Wolf road.
