Abbotsford Police seize drugs, cash and a car in Monday bust

ABBOTSFORD — Three people in their twenties were arrested after being found by police allegedly selling drugs in Abbotsford.
Abbotsford police say the two men and one woman were arrested in the area of Gillis Avenue and McCallum Road on Monday (March 23) evening, just after 9 p.m.

Police discovered and seized approximately 73 grams of a white substance suspected to be cocaine. Police also found more than $4,500 in cash with the group.
The 2014 Honda Civic was also seized. An application has begun that could lead to the vehicle being put up for public auction.
Police say the investigation is continuing and anticipate drug-trafficking charges will be laid against the individuals.
The home towns of the suspects were not released by police, however police say all three are from out of town.
