3 Fur- Babies need Fur-Ever Homes

For Pets Sake – Meet Star and her two kittens Solar and Cream Puff! Star was a pregnant stray who had her 4 babies in foster care. They came to the Haven in early August. (Two of the kittens have since been adopted.) Now it’s their turn! Star is about 17 months old; Solar (M – more white than black) and Cream Puff (M – more black than white. Also has his eyes closed in one photo!) are now 6 months old. All three are very friendly and love attention. Star is still a little protective of her offspring when other cats are around, but the kittens don’t mind other kitties at all. If you would like to meet Star, Solar and Cream Puff, please complete and submit an adoption application through the Haven’s website. After it is reviewed, you will be contacted via email to set up a meet and greet appointment.

89.5 JR Country’s “For Pets Sake” is all about matching lost and abandoned pets with new loving “furever” homes. Four times a month on Tuesday we feature cats and dogs in need of a home.

The cats featured on “For Pets Sake” come from the Chilliwack Animal Safe Haven at 49843 Chilliwack Central Road, Chilliwack. While the dogs featured come from the FVRDCare Centre on Wolf road.
