Police say 44-year-old man has gone missing after weekend fishing trip north of Agassiz
AGASSIZ — Mounties in Agassiz are asking for the public’s help in locating a 44-year-old man who was reported missing over the Remembrance Day long weekend.
According to a statement from Sgt. Andy Lot, 44-year-old Bradly Werbowski was reported missing on Sunday, November 10. Werbowski had gone fishing with a friend on the Chehalis River near Morris Valley Road. He was reported missing to Agassiz RCMP on Sunday at 6 p.m. when he did not return to his vehicle.
Search and Rescue have been engaged, however, all efforts to locate Bradly have been unsuccessful, Sgt. Lot said. As a result, authorities are appealing to the public to advance the investigation.
Werbowski is described as:
- Caucasian male
- 44 years
- 5’ 8’ (173 cm)
- 200 lbs (92 kg)
- Blonde hair
- Blue eyes
- Last seen wearing hip waders, hat, and glasses
